"It’s not often that you find such a wonderful treasure as Alana. She was a referral from a friend of mine and she surpassed my greatest expectations. Alana painted a realistic picture of what needed to be done to spruce up my house as well as what the timing would look like for the sale. All of her contacts In the different trades from handyman to painter, etc were very professional. She had several people come in and give bids and then we discussed which one would be the best for my needs. I was relocating to Southern California to help out my mother and Alana stepped right in and assured me that she would handle all of the contractors after I left so that I didn’t need to worry about that as well. She sent me timelines which were all met and communicated with me every step of the way. She worked with a stager and with her design background my house was transformed into what the current trends are today. The virtual tour and 360 degree function on the listing were professionally done and made it easy for anyone to use. She was very detail oriented and was even concerned about whether the pictures would look good because the sky was so dark from the smoke due to the wildfires in the Bay Area. Once I moved, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Alana for any real estate need. She is warm and thoughtful but also professional and dedicated.
